Whats the worse of two evils? After communicating with the Russian Embassy, Ministry of Internal Affairs (Law Enforcement) Mr. Y. Volkov. I have been asked to send a copy of the Dupage court hearing transcripts to the Russian Embassy, and additional related documents about my wife and her child. The Counselor Mr. Alekseev, will make an offical protest to the Department of State. The Ministry of Affairs, will now direct efforts to find the person(s) who forged the documents for my wife child passport.
I have had a problem given the Russian Authorities information early on, I did not want any fallout to my wifes family still in Russia.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, said some judges in America are like some in Russia, they are independent and line their pockets with bad rulings. For an American court to say that a person can not contact the Biological father of a child kidnapped out of Russia, even if that father contacts I, or I can not contact the American or Russian Government in this matter, or the news media, is a disgrace to the American legal system.
One way or another with in the legal system, Mr Frolov will have his right to see his child, Mrs. Green will have her day in an American court and maybe also, a Russian court about this matter.
I do know that the Russian media will be involved with this story in a short while, An American judge covering up a child kidnapping. Makes one feel sick about this whole thing.
