I am trying to figure out the proper way to post the hearing(s) transcripts, I think it is important to show what these people do to manipulate the court system. Keep faith in the court system, if your civil rights is violated by the court after an appeal, you can then take legal action against that court and its jurisdiction. In my case, one of these violations of civil rights on the court order is that I can not contact the biological father. Who lives in Russia and is not an American citizen. The biological father’s child was taken out of the Russia by bribe and false documents created by my wife. Without the biological father’s approval, which was legally required, not only to get the Russian passport but for the American tourist visa that was granted to my wife and their child. I spent considerable time and monies to locate the biological father once I learned the truth about the biological father. Another part of the court order is that I can not contact the Russian or American Government about the crime my wife committed, or send them documents thru the internet, unless I go thru “this judge”. I have asked the Department of Justice to review this court order, I have been told to wait until the new hearing is over, and then if my civil rights are continually violate as in this case, to send them the entire transcripts and statements, case history. Keep in mind also the right attorney makes the difference, the attorney (if she is an attorney) whom I hired at the last moment, did such a poor job that may have influence such a court order. It is so important to review an attorney history and make sure they are capable of representing you properly. From the time my blogs have been up, I have not received one bad e mail, I want to thank the people who have e mailed me for the words of support and advice. I am not fighting just for my rights but for victim’s rights. I have been unable to reply many of them due to my work schedule, but I will.
