DISGRACE IN DUPAGE COUNTY

It is sad to say that even among the people we trust and elect to honor our laws and constitutional right’s, there are a few that disgrace the robe and position that were entrusted to them as a judge. Here in Dupage County Illinois, I again found myself upon one of the same individual under an appeal of his early disgraceful order that one only has to know that this is about, what the biological father said, “How much money was this judge paid?”
My fight has been about Victims, Victims of Immigration scams, it involved my wife kidnapping a child out of Russia Illegally, Cover up by a Dupage County Judge, and my wife’s shady attorney.
Today in court, my attorney made it clear his ruling to stop me from communicating with the U.S. Government is wrong about the Kidnapping of the child out of Russia by my wife, attorney made it clear that the judges order that if the biological father wants to talk to me or I talk to him, his order for no communication by me to him or him to me is wrong, attorney also told the judge that I have a freedom of speech, to have a blog or tell the press about this story, the judge said I do not and can not say to anybody or my blog the words, my wife, ex wife, Mrs. Green, the person I was married too. Etc. The attorney also told the judge that biological father lives in Russia.
I want to say this, How does a American Court Dupage County judge say to a person “ you can not report a kidnapping, talk to the American Government or Russian Government, You can not talk to the biological father of the child who was kidnapped out of Russia, You can not tell you story under any conditions by using the words my wife, my spouse, my ex wife, Mrs. Green you can not talk to the news media about this.
I will tell you how a judge orders this, Cover up! I have spent many years honorable in the military, defending the freedoms that we have, now I see first hand how rights of Americans are taken away by judges who should be treated as emeny combatents, who would love to take away every American rights. I expect to be jailed for this post, which in turn may get this story out to the right people. My attorney is appealing this ruling, and I will continue to talk with the biological father, the U.S. Goverment and the Russian Government. I will not allow my self to be disgraceful to the Millions of Americans who died for our basic rights or was willing to defend these rights with their life. I will also now talk to the news media and disclose everything. I have to assume part of this may be a bribe, or maybe a cover up, a Member Of Congress who was involved to get my wife and the child out of Russia. I have been threaten with death, by friends of my wife, I have been disgraced with a ruling that a honorable judge would never have ruled. When I say I , I also think of the many Victims who have went thru hell and high water being labled and used. I will continue to fight for the rights of Americans.
