ILLINOIS JUDGE ACCESSORY TO KIDNAPPING?

I am not sure of the law, but I do know if a person knows of a crime and stops another from reporting it or notifying the proper authorities about it, or doing anything to stop a person from cooperation with the proper authorities, then that person becomes an accessory to the crime.
Here, the question is can a Elected Judge in Illinois, who has court ordered a person not to talk to the American Government or Russian Government about a child being kidnapped out of Russia, Who has order a person not to talk to the parent of the child who was kidnapped, and also included such an court order, even if the parent contacts the person, the person can not talk to him about his child who was kidnapped. Could this Judge who has done everything possible to stop the reporting of this crime, to stop the notification to the parent, be held as an accessory to the kidnapping? I have been suched ordered not to talk to the media, disclose or contact the biologicial father of the child kidnaped, communicate with the Russian or American Government. I appealed this order only for it to go back to the original judge who issued the order, What good is an appeal if it is before the same judge who is now an accessory to the childs kidnapping? I am waiting on the transcripts and will forward copys to the Russian Embassy and to the proper American departments. along with filing a new appeal. When you have an American judge that blocks evidence, refuses an American their legal Constitutional rights, and covers up a crime, then you have a possible crooked dishonest judge, or one that should not be on the bench with such a disgraceful ruling. I would hope if this judge is repremanded it will be he contact the biological father in Russia and tell him it was he who ordered that I have no contact with him, it was he who did not care if his child was kidnapped and it was he who order that I have no contact with the U.S. Government of the Russian Goverment or the Media. What do you think the Biological father would say to this American Judge, who has done such a cover up, about reporting and communicating about the biological fathers child kidnapped?
Once the transcript of the last hearing is completed I will forward all information to the Department of Justice, and to the Russian Embassy, and along to the Biological Father. I can not as a person understand how an American Judge has allowed such a disgrace to fall upon the Dupage County Court. I will say this, I have learned first hand that the difference between some judges in American and the Taliban, is only the robe they wear. they would want nothing more to take away Americans basic rights.
