Biological Father, This & That, E Mail
I have open up comment part of the blog, Thank you for the e mails and advice. One of the hardest things here was communicating with the biological father. How do you tell a person that you were part of taking his child out of his country illegally, being scamed by his ex wife?
There is nothing I could do to make up for his loss of not seeing or being near his son for the past 5 years, I could only work with him to correct this, and offer my committment to work hard to change the laws to avoid this happening to another parent. I also committed to him what ever assistance he may need for the childs welfair. He is undecided if he wants to come to America at the present time, or wait for a little while to see how long it will take the U.S. goverenment to send his child back. I think he does not want any hardship on the child, or give my wife an opportunity to use her "friends" against him. I want to thank him for allowing me to give his name on my blog.
Working with both goverenments, it is just a matter fo time, as one official said to me, my wife's vacation in America will be over shortly. I want to thank immigration fraud, for the information and contacts. I also like to thank the U.S. Consulate, Russia for their efforts. The steps now is an notice of deportation hearing, hearing, and appeal, this will take place either with or without a status change. For people who may fall for scammers, Learn this, verify the facts, if you fall for a one sided story, you will just be "used".
I want to say thank you to a person I can not name, there are good people at Ikea who has done their research, and care what happens to the child.
In the comming months, and years, I hope with the biological father, that I will be able to see the child, support his personel and school needs if needed, and be a friend to a child I was proud to call a son.
One can only do the best they can in life, be thankful that you survied the nightmare, and help other's who may be caught in such a scam.
