Victims Of Immigration Fraud

Good News, It seems we are getting the message out to the right politicians. Victims of Marriage fraud, are no longer staying silent about the abuse and being used. With the help of many, we are grouping together to fight for changes, which many politicians have agreed with changes to any new immigration bill, we not only seek these changes but retroactive. My goal in all of this is to protect biological parents who's child is taken out of their country without their authority or permission. At the present time these biological parents have little recourse with INS-DHS, they must wait for the deportation process to go thru due process, which may take 2-3 years. I have comitted my time and resourses to change that, to insure that any child brought into the U.S. by illegal means, will be united with the biological parent by swift DHS-INS action.
Good people can fall into these scams, that does not make you a bad person, doing nothing to correct it, once you understand you been a tool, is wrong.
I will be updating the groups efforts along with new links. I like to thank the many who have written myself and immigration fraud, I will work with our group for a mega blog for victims of immigration, so each story can be told.
