RIGHT THING TO DO

The notice of appeal has been filed, besides seeking the right to contact or be contacted by the biological father, there are several other freedom of speech items that will be addressed, the appeal will also address Illinois law which will vacate this unjustly ruling by the lower court, in short a person who involves another in child abduction can not claim harrassment by resonable phone contact to discuss matters of reporting it. Now the partners and I will file suit in May aginst my Wife and her associate for interfering with business, the suit will be filed in Will County Illinois. I have not heard back from the A.C.L.U. From my understanding the biological father wil be filing for a visa in which I have agreed to pay all cost including travel. It will be great for him to see his son.
