I almost went into a trap, one that would bar myself from legal rights, I have.
There was an offer placed to resolve all issues and my wife drop her order of protection, at first it seemed like a good cost saving way to go. Then I learned that I will give up my right to seek legal action against my wife or ex wife to be, for interfering with potential business, and her associate at Ikea. Also the order of protection would be in place in one way or another, thus blocking any potential settlement between Ikea and our group if that was to even happen.
Well needless to say forget about that and now we move forward with the appeal after they have their sanction hearing. There is no way in hell will I give up any right to seek legal recourse for what has happen. There is no doubt with a fair appeal this unjustly ruling by the local judge will be overturned. With that being said, then in this divorce we will now seek an annulment, it is the right thing to do.
I am getting my paper work ready for a deposition on the “divorce” issue. It seems my wife’s shady attorney only wants the last two years of records, guess they are trying not to have it disclosed that my wife never worked for 3 years and all the sums of monies that was sent to her so called mother in Russia. Well like I said, thank god for good records at western union! The new divorce date will be adjusted to wait on the appeal along with filing for an annulment. Of course we will be seeking a new judge, a judge that respects the laws of the United States!!! And its citizens.
There is news that will be coming soon, about the Russian Embassy and their actions with the Russian Consulate & U.S. Government with what has taken place, about my wife getting a Russian passport by bribe for the child, and the illegally entry into the U.S. Hopefully by mid June I can print it on this blog.
