By telling this story in real time, I hope that others who may be pulled into these scams will reconsider their actions. One of the pitfalls of a real time blog, when your in the legal arena of the courts, is it could also be helpful to the shady attorney of the other side. By updating the blog and telling of the intent to file an appeal, not knowing, I gave the other side an opportunity to halt my appeal, Now they have filed sanction request for legal fees based on this ruling, thus blocking my appeal at the present time. One would think the court would wait until the appeal is over before hearing of the sanction motion, this is not the case. All items must be closed in the case part before it could be appealed, I have no doubt what this judge will rule on this. So now we wait a few months get this done and refile the appeal. This order should be vacated, then at that point we will seek sanctions for legal fees against my wife. Once the appeal is done, we will seek a new judge, one that does not wear a robe of the Taliban, respects the rights of U.S. citizens, does not cover up a child abduction, and respects the rights of biological parent where ever they may live.

The divorce will be requested as an annulment, if that is refused then that also will be appealed.

I have talked with a local newspaper about this story, again violating this judges unconstitutional ruling, I don't know if there is an interest, but another larger news paper does want to interview, so by next week one of these news papers may have the story after their proper investigation.

With this sanction hearing it will place a hold on the ikea legal suit, which is okay, in time there will be a court case in Will county.

Sometime this week The officials at the Russian Embassy should have the information by snail mail they requested. They may be able to expedite the biological father visa/passport. with the Department of State, and or expedite my wife return to Russia to face the crimes committed, and allow the biological father his rights to see his son.
