Glendale Heights Police Cover Up for Parental Child Abductor

Its been awhile from when I last posted. I had my post restricted, and have wrote a book in part on this story. A lot has happen the past year. I have been through two more order of protection hearings, both were vacated. I have been harassed by several members of the Glendale Heights police department, Officer Summer and Detective May.
My ex. has been dating a few police officers and one deputy sheriff. So lets start from last year and bring you up to date.

By opening up this blog, I may be in court yet again. so be it. Freedom of Speech, runs in my vains, Be it a crooked judge whom scammed his way out of a D.U.I. and sells out his fellow Americans rights of free speech, or a few dishonest cops who think with their lower head. I have the means and the time to not only expose these people, whom mask the honor that they were intrusted with.

Judge Equi maybe is the worst of the worst of the Dupage County Judge's. Without any doubt from the court transcripts he tried to cover up the parental child abduction. I filed an appeal with the higher court, within weeks his order was vacated. The appeal was never heard.

A few months later my ex filed for another order of protection, which was vacated..then a few months later she filed yet another one..this time not only was it vacated she had to pay for fee's for expert witness's

Over the past year I have had 13 calls from The Glendale heights Police department and several unknown,,,calling at 1 or 3 am...

Where the Police Not only protect parental child abductors, they atttempt to prosecute people who report the parental child abductors. If you report such a crime to Police Chief Mike Marron, here is what will happen. The Glendale Police will not investiagte such matters, they will not contact the F.B.I. or the biological parent whose child was abducted. What they will do, is harass the person reporting such a crime.
Prosecuting the informer under false police reports as to insure their arrangement with the child abductor is honored...Crooked Police and One Crooked judge is all it takes to cover up for the Parental Child Abductor Here is my story, the facts..
I write this blog--because I feel at some time these crooked Police will need to do something harmful, as their threats have taken a toll, not one of hiding but one of exposure. The constant fear forced has forced me to provide this record. I have no doubt there are good honorable Police within the Glendale Heights Department. I just wish I could have met a few.

I met my wife vis the Internet, she was in Ufa Russia. In short she was pleading for help for her and her child. she stated she was under constant threat of death from her ex husband. After three weeks of hearing this, I helped her gain a tourist visa for her and child as to leave Russia. Money was sent as she needed to have the childs father travel authority documents falsified. This was an arranged to be marriage to insure her safety. I didn't know the laws I was breaking at the time, focused on her need to get away from her ex husband. I didn't do any research on her story, I was overly gullible to trust. The day after receiveing her green card she left, only to return a few weeks prior. She gave a false impression that she wanted to stay married. During our time she would say things that didn't add up to her claims of abuse in Russia. When I inquired about adopting her child she informed me that it could not happen, it might be investigated, she went on to say, her ex loved his son and she just needed to get away. When I learned of this, I reported the matter to the Immigration hotline she left that day, she ended up living in Glendale Heights Illinois with a girl whom was also a internet bride, she purchased a condo with her husbands funds several months prior to leaving her husband the day after getting her citizenship. My wife filed for divorce, in the midst she sought out an order of protection. she made several false claims that were proven in front of Judge Equi, but the judge was upset that I used her name and childs name and photo in a blog as to find the biological father and granted such an order.
I have no respect for this coward of a Judge as many vets are turning in his grave from his ruling. I later learned this judge snaked his way out of a D.U.I. here is part of the transcript from an appeal to reconsider..
Judge Equi: “Which he was prohibited from contacting other people”. Attorney: “ Petitioner’s ex husband, petitioner’s mother, there’s prohibitions on contacting them, even though those people never testified. They never came before the court and said they don’t want to have contact with him. As far as the court knows, these people may want to—they may be friends with him. They may be best friends with him. We don’t live in Russia. We do live in the United States. And our constitution does guarantee his freedom of speech. He has the right if he wants, to contact these people.”
Judge Equi: “ You’re wrong. Any time somebody indirectly or directly harasses another; I am entitled to prohibit that conduct. In this case I am comfortable she will feel harassed, if your client contacts the ex husband.” Attorney: “But I think the court is making a big assumption, and that assumption was not introduced into evidence. That assumption is that these individuals, these third parties, don’t want to have contact with Mr. Green”.
Judge Equi: “That’s not an assumption at all. The assumption is that contact with those individuals constitutes harassment of the petitioner. That’s the assumption that I make.” Attorney: “Other than these individuals never appeared before this court, never testified. This court has no clue whether the ex-husband in Russia wants to be friends with Mr. Green. But now—”
Judge Equi: “That’s all true.” Attorney: “But now we’ve entered an order that prohibits him from associating with this person in Russia.”
Judge Equi: “Yes we have.” Attorney: “Likewise, his mother-in-law, we’ve done the same thing without this court having heard anything from these people. He has a constitutional right to association, to speech. And now we have completely trampled on that right, and said he can not do it. He couldn’t even call the father in Russia to—if he wanted to say he would have a cup of coffee or I’m going to Greece. Do you want to meet me? He couldn’t do that under this order. And now let’s take it a step further. Let’s assume that he did want to call and say, listen, I do have information about your son. That’s still protected speech. He has the right to that. The other thing that was---that the court said, he could not contact, in essence, government agencies to report crimes. He would need to file with this court a petition to do so.”

Several people felt there may have been a cover up by this judge. What judge in their right mind would issue such an order? don't contact the biological father, don't contact the f.b.i. or any agency, don't speak about this. I'll tell you what kind of judge, a judge who should not be on the bench! Even with support documents from the U.S. consulate the judge stated who cares about the father...
During the next two weeks I was informed by a friend that my ex moved to Glendale Heights as her girlfriend did from postings on the Chicago ru site..suggesting that certain officials could be favorable allies for the newly divorced.

I filed an appeal to Judge Equi order to:
By this Appeal. Defendant-Appellant will ask the appellate court to vacate the order of protection granted to the Plaintiff-Appellee. The lower courts granting of this order of protection with such orders/prohibitions, violates the Defendants-Appellant constitutional rights, freedom of speech. The order as directed also inherently allows individuals being reported for major crimes to use such reporting as grounds for an order of protection. In part the order states that Defendant-Appellant Christopher Green can not contact or be contacted by a biological father, citizen and resident of Russia, whose child was taken out of Russia illegally by the Plantiff-Appellee, without proper authority, and thru a bribe to acquire an U.S. Tourist Visa for the minor child. The biological father was not part of any testimony, written or consented at the lower court. ------Appellant preys that the lower court order be vacated, to protect the rights of freedom of speech and protect the integrity of such relief of orders of protection. Within a week my ex offered to drop the order of protection if I would drop the appeal, I guess it would have been to much exposure for this Judge...
My ex now has her photo and the childs photo at Lena's Hair Color Studio Go figure...

I hired a russian P.I. and with more help from the American Consulate found the biological father of the child abducted out of Russia...He furnished documents to the American consulate that stated he did not give his authority for his son to leave Russia. He was happy to learn of his sons status as he had been searching for him.

I was recieving calls from police officers from Glendale Heights, mostly around 1 am or 2 am. they were contant harassing me. I even met with the police chief Mike Marron and gave him a statement, one of my ex's girlfriends informed me she was "dating" a police office and so was her girlfriend. The calls I recieved from officers like Officer Summers were not available it seems they do not keep outgoing call logs at Glendale Heights police station I was told.

Mr. Mike MarronDear Chief,I have enclosed a copy sent via fax of the most recent court order vacating, the emergency order of protection, sought by XXXX, dated 1-5-09.I have given permission to James Hanauer to furnish the completed results and copies of all finger prints/palm prints taken by the appointed expert, from letters XXXX turned over to the expert. You may review the finger prints and find the officer XXXX has been said to have been dating. Mr. James Hanauer may be reached at 630-784-1800There will be a hearing on Feb 23 on an Order of Protection, XXXX stated the Glendale Police Department, is investigating e mail sent to her, and my e mail account will be subpoena. I have no problems with the departments work, except that the subpoena should only be for date/ and time of the e mail sent. I have been in ongoing contact with various agency’s both national and abroad, attorney’s and parent rights groups, along with the biological father of the child XXXX illegally removed from Russia. I expressly state my e mail account is not open to be used for XXXX information gathering with your department. I will oppose any broad subpoena of my e mail content, if your department was not involved I would not object to the review of content. I have been through harassment with officer Summer calling me past midnight, and threaten me. I have told you directly XXXX has informed my attorney and her ex attorney she was dating a Glendale Police Office. I was surprised that when I notified your department of the harassment calls from officer Summer, within 3 days, nothing was done, when I asked for a tape of the call from office Schar he said it was no longer available.I understand your department has a duty, but also, you have been told in written letters that XXXX, by fraud, bribe, and abduction of child from Russia, is here in the U.S. I also send this letter from the U.S. Consulate for your review.
Chief, if there is any Honor within your department, I ask that you have the D.A. review all facts. It is with great shame I carry the burden of a child taken away from his father in Russia by trusting XXXX statements that her life and child was in danger. I know XXXX is attempting to use the court system for her citizenship and I am the focus of this. I have faith in the American Consulates statement that the “wheels of justice is turning against XXXX”Chief you have been told of the illegal entry, the bribes and the fraud, and abduction of a child out of Russia, yet your department has done nothing.I was told that I could not file a false police report by XXXX with your department.
Maybe if I was not an American Citizen, and dating an officer within your department, there would be an investigation into all facts.The officer involved with XXXX is a friend and was introduced by XXXX A hair stylist who cuts the officer hair at her residence.So another order of protection was vacated, nine months later and Office MAY arrives at my door, he stated that, he is under great pressure to find who sent my ex an e mail, I explained to him I have nothing to do with that, it was already brought up in court last time and the Judge gave her several more weeks to bring in an expert witness or whatever..Officer may informed me that someone within the area sent her the e mail, and said over 150 man hours went into his investigation and he wants me to confess to something i didn't do. He asked to enter my condo which I informed he could only if woodridge police were present as i do not trust any officer with the Glendale police department. he left saying that he would seek charges filed against I even though he knew i did not send the email..two weeks later I have been charged with harassment by electronic means--- with no evidence, there is no support i sent an e mail to her as i did not, yet another point of the harassment I have had with these so called Honorable men.
The police chief knows that a suit will be filed against them soon..I wonder how they intend to cover that up.

My attorney did subpoena my ex's phone records, it seems she has also been dating a deputy sheriff in Pa..traveling to and from...I hired James Sampson an retired USCIS agent, he worked with the F.B.I. task force dealing with international parental child abduction..now some things are getting done..

I have no doubt this latest case will be tossed or a verdict in my favor. they can't create something that didn't happen...

I will have my day in court against the Glendale Police, Federal Court!!!!!!! The chief will not clean up his dirty officers, just maybe the federal court will...
