Mother Russia Business as Normal

A lot has been said recently about the mother who sent an adopted child back to Russia, seems she was lied to about his mental state..of course the lady could have turned him over to the state to have tax dollars try and help him....but she did a one up on Russia and sent him back..Keep in mind adoptions in Russia is government run business,,not private party..the russians have been dumping very ill children on people who adopt them..now they stopped adoptions by U.S. citizens..GREAT...
Maybe U.S. government now can show it's balls and not allow adoptions from Russia until that country signs the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption, which will stop Russia from "dumping" kids from their government run business
The Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption is an international agreement between participating countries on best adoption procedures. These procedures have basically two goals in mind:
The best interest of children are considered with each intercountry adoption.
The prevention of abduction, exploitation, sale, or trafficking of children. If Russia would have been a member of the Hague Convention,,my ex would not have been able to smuggle her child out of Russia...I wish I could place a note on my ex and return her to Russia with the child she abducted,,note will read something like this..I am sorry for making mother Russia a safer place by being used in this child abduction, now i return my ex as America is now a safer place..
